Regular Slotted Carton (RSC)
When it comes to boxes, the Regular Slotted Carton is the industry standard. From storage to shipping, this box does it all. The RSC is also an economical choice. This style of box is a single piece with glued, taped or stitched (stapled) joins. The length flaps meet in the middle where the box is taped closed.
The most common box style. Highly efficient design for many applications. All flaps are the same length, and the two outer flaps (normally the lengthwise flaps) are one-half the container’s width, so that they meet at the center of the box when closed.
OVERLAP SLOTTED CONTAINER (OSC)
Overlap Slotted Container (OSC)
All flaps have the same length and the outer flaps overlap by one inch or more. The box is easily closed, either with adhesives or frequently with staples driven through the overlap area. This style is commonly used when the length of the box is considerably greater than the width, resulting in a long gap between the inner flaps. The sealed overlap helps to keep the outer flaps from pulling apart.

กล่อง Die – Cut
กล่องฝาชน ( Regular Slotted Container = RSC )
- มีฝาเปิด – ปิด กว้างเท่ากัน
- ฝากล่องแผ่นนอกบรรจบกันที่แนวกึ่งกลางของกล่องตามด้านยาวของฝากล่อง
- ฝากล่องแผ่นใน เว้นช่องห่างตามความสัมพันธ์ของด้านกว้าง และด้านยาวของกล่อง
- กล่อง RSC เป็นกล่องที่ใช้งานง่ายสามารถคลี่ออกและพับขึ้นรูปเป็นกล่องได้ทันดี
- ง่ายต่อการนำสินค้าบรรจุลงในบรรจุภัณฑ์และปิดกล่อง
กล่องฝาเกย ( Full Overlap Slotted container = FOL )
- มีฝาเปิด – ปิด กว้างเท่ากัน
- ฝากล่องด้านนอก กว้างเท่ากับด้านกว้างของกล่อง ทำให้ทับกันสนิท
กล่องฝาครอบ ( Full Telescope Half Slotted = FTHS )
- ประกอบด้วย กล่อง 2 ชั้น คือ ฝาครอบ กับ ตัวกล่อง ซึ่งต่างก็เป็นแบบ Slotted Style
- ฝาครอบ ครอบตัวกล่องมิด
- ฝาครอบมีความสูงเท่ากับตัวกล่อง เมื่อครอบแล้ว จะทับปิดสนิท
- กล่อง FTHS สามารถทนต่อการวางเรียงซ้อนทับได้เป็นอย่างดี
- นิยมใช้กับสินค้าประเภท ผัก ผลไม้
- สามารถเปิด – ปิด ออกง่าย
กล่องแบบ Half – Slotted Container with Cover ( HSC )
- ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วนคือ ฝาครอบ และตัวกล่อง
- ตัวกล่องเป็น Slotted Box มีฝาเปิด- ปิด ด้านเดียว
- ด้านที่ไม่มีฝาเปิด – ปิด ในตัว จะถูกปิดด้วยฝาครอบต่างหาก
- ฝาครอบลักษณะเดียวกันกับ Design Style หรือ เป็นแบบ Half – Slotted Style ก็ได้
- กล่อง HSC นี้ต่างจากกล่องแบบ Partial Telescope ตรงที่ฝาครอบยื่นครอบตัวกล่องน้อยกว่าสองในสามของความสูงของตัวกล่อง

- เป็นลักษณะการผลิตแบบกดทับด้วยใบมีด
- สามารถสร้างรูปแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ ได้หลากหลายตามความต้องการ
